Helping you find your peace and clarity.

Our approach to counseling is through a holistic lens to help find the root of problems. We will not immediately recommend medication. Although medication has a time and place in mental health and can be very beneficial, we want to make sure we are looking at all possibilities of coping skills, thought patterns and lifestyle before taking a medication route. We take an authentic and genuine approach to make our clients feel relax, safe and understood, while finding ways to achieve treatment goals.
We offer individual counseling for children (ages 2 and older), adolescents and adults struggling with mental health, life transitions or anyone needing support.
Individual Counseling

We offer family therapy for families needing help with communication, resentment, family dysfunction, boundaries or anyone wanting to navigate improving the family dynamic.
Family Therapy

We offer in person and telehealth services. We can be flexible with what works for your schedule. Feel free to ask about our HIPAA compliant software for telehealth services.

Meet Our Founder
Hi! My name is Bryanna. I am a fully licensed counselor in the state of Texas and North Carolina. I have been working with children, teens and adults in mental health for the last four years. I utilize different approaches depending on the needs of my clients. I am a flexible and warm counselor that can be direct when needed. I studied at the University of Oklahoma and received my Masters from John Jay College in New York City. When I'm not working, I like to go for walks, watch movies, and spend time with my family. I am an avid animal lover and ice cream enthusiast!
